The second Walk and Talk will take place in and around the Grant Beach neighborhood in north Springfield. We will meet at the Boys and Girls Club Parking Lot (835 W Calhoun St) in Grant Beach Park at 4pm on June 5, 2024. You can either park near the meeting point or exit Bus 14 (Brown) at Grant & Calhoun (NW) or Grant & Lynn (NE).

It's summertime and everyone wants to get outdoors. Cyrus form the Springfield-Greene County Park Board will speak to us about outdoor opportunities in the Springfield area that are accessible and inclusive for everyone.

This slow-roll bicycle ride will depart from 216 W. Central Street (at Boonville Avenue). It will be led by a Springbike Bicycle Club volunteer. Free. Please bring your bicycle and helmet. The bicycle ride is 8 miles long and the average speed will be about 8pmh. The slow-roll will meander through the Grant Beach, Commercial Street, and Woodland Heights neighborhoods!
