Let’s Go Smart Walk and Talk

The Let’s Go Smart: Transportation Collaborative organizes and hosts Walk & Talk events within Springfield to evaluate walkability in and around neighborhoods. These events bring together community stakeholders and advocates to discuss recent improvements, current needs, and future projects in different neighborhoods.

The first Walk and Talk will take place in and around the Weller neighborhood in north Springfield. We will meet at the pavilion in the center of Smith Park at 4pm on March 6, 2024. You can either park behind the Boys and Girls Club or exit Bus 3 (Orange) at Division at Weller.
